Schneider's walkoff HR in 12 lifts Phils (AP)
Unhappy with a defensive gaffe, Brian Schneider made up for it at the plate. Schneider hit a game-ending homer in the 12th inning, giving the Philadelphia Phillies a 4-3 victory over the NL Central-leading Cincinnati Reds on Thursday night. "I'm glad to help," said Schneider, who blamed himself for allowing a wild pitch to tie the game in the eighth.
